As a user experience designer, Aaron invents unique, simple, and effective ways to facilitate communication between websites and users. “I enjoy being challenged by communication problems, it’s one of the things I love about my job at T4G,” says Aaron. “Another,” he adds is the flexibility that T4G offers to work from home: “since I live in Guelph, it saves me a long drive to our Toronto office.”

When he’s not working, Aaron loves playing the guitar. He’s been playing for the past 15 years and is even part of the T4G band, Her Majesty’s Royal Morris. But the band is just one part of T4G’s culture that Aaron likes. “Take initiative and think outside of the box,” he encourages, “T4G is a very supportive place to work. Even if you make a mistake, people are happy to help with whatever problems you may run into.”
