Expanding into a market as large as the United States takes strong leadership. The person that T4G tasks with this enormous endeavour is BJ Carter. His responsibilities range from new business and talent acquisition, to successful operational deliveries for clients, to the day-to-day operations of the Saco office. When asked what he would tell others starting at T4G, BJ replied "If you think you can do something, go ahead and try. This is the type of organization that supports people doing great things."

Outside of T4G, BJ loves spending time with his kids and wife outdoors, relaxing at their camp and coaching football. He even likens football to the business world, saying "In business it’s finding a client’s problem, and solving it. You have to find the people that want to be part of that deployment and get the job done. In football, it’s basically the same… find the right people, and get the job done."
