Think Big. The person who is ultimately successful at T4G is someone who pushes their personal boundaries as well as the boundaries we have at T4G.
In Mark’s years at T4G, he has seen it all - big companies with big challenges, small companies with small challenges, and everything in between. So when a client turns to T4G to help them tread into uncharted territory, T4G turns to Mark… That’s why he’s Executive Vice President in charge of Pursuit.
Customer satisfaction and customer acquisition are key to T4G’s growth objectives, and Mark leads the team and systems that ensure all of our customer interactions lead to T4G’s very simple operating mantra: "Helping Our Clients Succeed". Because of this, Mark believes that T4G has all the right ingredients for long-term sustainability. "All of our employees believe in the necessity of always doing the right thing, whether it’s for our customers, co-workers or community," Mark says. "We will start to see a lot more results."
One other piece of advice that Mark gives every new employee is "Think Big. The person who is ultimately successful at T4G is someone who pushes their personal boundaries as well as the boundaries we have at T4G."
