I work closely with our clients as well as with the team to design, develop and test software systems using the industry’s most current tools and processes.

Some people find one job difficult. For Michael, he enjoys the challenge of tackling several different roles at once when needed. He loves the variety as Lead Developer and Solutions Architect, and all the new challenges that every day brings. As strategic as his role at T4G is, Michael can’t get enough and is an enthusiastic gamer outside of T4G. Board, electronic, and sport, he loves anything that makes his mind work overtime. The one exception for him though is baseball, of which he says "My apologies to enthusiasts but I think it’s silly; I can’t take a sport seriously where you hit a ball with a stick and then run around in a circle."
