To say that Richard is an expert in his field is an understatement. Using his decades of experience and extremely wide skillset, Richard advises clients in the tourism and hospitality industry in a number of different capacities ranging from corporate strategies and eCommerce solutions, to full marketing programs. Richard explains, "innovation is very important, especially in the Internet world. I start early each day doing research to identify and understand the landscape of the industry. I try to interpret those trends into insights to give our clients a competitive advantage."

In his spare time, Richard and his wife are enthusiastic home chefs and challenge each other to create the perfect dish. While he loves cooking with her, Richard laughingly insists, "I want to be the one to cook the next great dish."
