Rob wears many hats as T4G’s director of consumer marketing. He handles the finances, staffing, and can often be found writing or presenting proposals for clients. “I really enjoy the how multi-disciplinary my role is,” Rob says. “I love using technology to create solutions for our clients, but I really enjoy managing such a talented team.”

In his ninth year since joining T4G as a developer, Rob is thriving in T4G’s entrepreneurial environment. “Though T4G may look big from the outside,” Rob says, “the feel on the inside is very entrepreneurial and team based. It’s a great place to work.”

It’s been a little while now since Rob graduated from System Design engineering at the University of Waterloo, but T4G has kept him learning: “There’s always something new happening at T4G. No two days are the same, and you never solve the same problem twice.”
