Role Description

You will help develop the high value and innovative solutions we are known for. You’ll analyse problems and requirements, work to define the best approach to address them, write killer code, and yes - supporting documentation (we know, we know!). You’ll also assist in developing test plans to ensure the code delivered does what it was actually intended to do. When the solution is delivered, you’ll provide support, when necessary, to ensure our clients satisfaction.

Your Experience

The candidate should have experience with several of the following tools and technologies:

• Microsoft C# .NET, ASP.NET
• Microsoft SharePoint
• CSS, HTML, Javascript
• LAMP, PHP
• Google Analytics
• Adobe LiveCycle
• SQL Server, MySQL
• Configuration Management

Other Skills and Attributes

• Clear understanding of object-oriented and multi-tier design and development.
• Clear understanding of web development and usability best practices.
• More senior candidates will have the proven ability to lead a team of developers; and can technically initiate, lead, motivate and mentor a team.
• Exposure to methodologies such as MSF, RUP, and Agile.
• Relevant Technical Certifications.
• Ability to learn and be productive in new technologies rapidly.
• Self-starter who can work under general guidelines independently or within a team.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Effective time management skills.
