Search Strategist
Description
T4G Limited is looking for an experienced Search Strategist. The ideal candidate would work efficiently and collaboratively within a multi-city team environment, have a passion for technology, communication, and analytics. Reporting directly to clients and providing timely & accurate consultancy this is a key role within T4G Limited.
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategic direction of existing and new clients for Search (SEO and SEM) and Reporting as well as develop search framework for clients
- Ability to help with Analytics Integration (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Oversee keyword research
- Produce site audits
- Determine link-building plans & oversee the implementation
- Communicate regularly with client on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, competitive intelligence analysis
- Work collaboratively with both technical and content delivery teams to provide well thought out answers/solutions, always thinking about how T4G can better serve our clients and grow their business
- Ability to understand complex ideas/problems and articulate it to clients
- Potentially work with a technical business analyst to collect requirements through stakeholder interviews
- Work with the technical team to ensure a seamless integration of search
- Work independently and drive search strategy forward both with clients and internally
- Support clients in how best to structure and grow their internal team to meet the demands and growth of digital channels
- Working at client site for a period of time may be required
- Ability to manage the search component of a site migration or installation of new CMS
- Ability to evaluate SEO and SEM by using web analytics tools
- Experience building and managing PPC campaigns
Skills & Experience
- 5+ yrs overall experience in online marketing with at least 4 years of experience managing SEO and SEM
- Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
- Results oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Good analytical skills
- Exceptional client facing skills and account management experience
- Exceptional facilitation skills to work with all business groups within a client’s environment to identify and develop cohesive and comprehensive online tactics
- Bilingual candidate is preferred (English & French)
