TORONTO, June 27, 2012 – T4G Limited, a North American full-service, project-based IT services company, announced the successful completion of its first Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Type 1 audit for its Managed Services Infrastructure Hosting.

“This is not an easy designation to obtain and we are delighted to prove that our processes and security procedures meet or exceed SSAE 16 standards for our customers,” said T4G President Geoff Flood. “It is critical in today's technological environment that we stay committed to adhere to the highest standards of quality and this certification is testament to this commitment.”

The independent audit was conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP, Canada, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and one of the “big four” accounting firms.

SSAE 16, developed by the Auditing Standards Board ("ASB") of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"), replaces the Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 ("SAS 70"), which was the standard used for reviewing service organization control processes for nearly two decades.
