TORONTO, October 11, 2011 – T4G Limited, a long-time and active member of the Microsoft Partner Network, has added a Customer Relationship silver competency to its gold partner status for Business Intelligence.
“Microsoft competencies are fundamental to our business because more and more customers are selecting Microsoft technology and its cost-effective solutions,” says Mark Fraser, T4G’s Executive Vice-President. “Our expertise – as recognized by Microsoft with these certifications – grants us the ‘mission critical’ vendor status our clients need; helps us remain a strong competitor in the marketplace; and keeps us ‘in the know’ at all times when it comes to developing the best solutions customers demand.”
And T4G will continue to invest in Microsoft with detailed training for more and more staff. This will lead to more certifications in the coming months, says Mr. Fraser, adding the gold certification earlier this year for BI made T4G the first company in Canada to attain that lofty level.
Microsoft now demands significantly greater depth of technical expertise to attain these sought-after certifications. Earning a silver competency distinguishes a business by placing it among the top 5 per cent of Microsoft partners worldwide; while the even tougher gold standard places the company among only 1 per cent of Microsoft partners worldwide that have attained this outstanding degree of proficiency.
“We support these tougher certification levels because we have the expertise, the people and the commitment to do what it takes,” Mr. Fraser says. “Customers know that when it comes to Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions, T4G is in the top 1 per cent worldwide; and top 5 per cent in customer relationship solutions. That is something customers can count on and we will have more gold and silver certifications in other areas soon.”
For partners to achieve gold level, the company must employ at least four Solutions Architects/Engineers demonstrating technical competency through testing; two sales executives pass exams that demonstrate solution knowledge; and obtain five references from clients for whom the partner has deployed a solution in the competency. Silver requires at least two on the technical side and three customer references.
