Our Management

T4G's Executive Team is a very seasoned group of individuals who bring a wealth of management talent and experience to the day-to-day management of the company. Most importantly, as a team they exemplify T4G's values in practice and ensure that the company stays focused on its core values while executing the company's aggressive growth plan.

  • The guiding force behind the continued growth of T4G, Geoff Flood has provided leadership, vision and strategic direction for the company since its inception. A senior strategic technology planning consultant, Geoff assumes overall responsibility for client satisfaction while ensuring that the individual business groups within T4G achieve their objectives. His ability to manage major projects concurrently, coupled with a robust knowledge of corporate finance and investment strategy, enables T4G to remain at the forefront of Internet professional services firms worldwide.

    Geoff was previously Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Dylex Limited – a multidivisional specialty retailer with over 700 stores in North America. In this capacity, he had executive responsibility for the information assets of the Dylex group of companies. Prior to joining Dylex, Geoff held the position of Information Systems Officer for George Weston Limited (Canada’s largest food processor and retailer) where he coordinated information systems activity across the Weston/Loblaw group of companies. Earlier at George Weston, he was accountable for strategic and corporate planning and financial reporting.

    Geoff holds an MBA in Finance from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Francis Xavier University.


  • One of T4G's original partners, Michael is chiefly responsible for the strategic planning and development of the company's technical and support infrastructure, systems and services.

    His role in guiding the overall operational workings of T4G is to position the company as a leading professional services firm in North America. Having held senior management positions in the areas of BackOffice and Networking, E-Commerce Development, and Finance, Michael has a balanced understanding of the operational requirements for maximizing client satisfaction. He continues to assess new technologies for inclusion in the T4G portfolio.

    Prior to co-founding T4G, Michael was Director of Advanced Technology for the Dylex group of companies, where he was responsible for the introduction of new technology and the migration of the computing infrastructure to a network model. While with the George Weston Group, Michael was responsible for the development and operation of a leading EIS and financial reporting system installation, and consulted to all George Weston member firms on new technology infrastructure and development projects.

    Michael became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 1988, having earned a MBA from Wilfred Laurier University in 1987 and a Honours Bachelor's in Mathematics (Accounting/Comp. Sci.) from the University of Waterloo in 1985.


  • A Chartered Accountant, Gary brings to T4G more than a decade of progressively senior financial management experience within a variety of small- to medium-sized entrepreneurial corporations. In his role as T4G’s Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all internal and external accounting, finance and tax issues, both domestic and international. In addition, Gary serves as a primary resource for evaluating potential merger and acquisition opportunities, as well as process improvement ideas.

    One of Gary’s primary objectives is to ensure that T4G’s financial reporting and control systems keep pace with the company’s rapid growth. His diligence in this area and the strategic insights which derive from it make him a valued contributor to the T4G management team.

    In addition to obtaining his CA designation, Gary earned both an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from York University.


  • Mary Lou leads T4G's Business Development efforts. Her responsibilities include creating and fulfilling strategies for T4G's continued revenue growth and positioning within key vertical markets.

    With a background in leading professional services and consulting to major clients across North America, plus over two decades of IT experience, Mary Lou understands the business challenges customers face in growing their business through the application of technology and how to position these projects for success.

    Prior to T4G, Mary Lou held management positions at Dylex Limited, Maple Leaf Foods and Cullinet Canada Inc.

    Mary Lou holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She is also a graduate of the Director Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors Governance College. For the last three years Mary Lou has been selected to be in the Women in the Lead/Femmes de Tête directory, which profiles highly qualified businesswomen across Canada. She is currently a member of the Georgian College Web Animation and Design Advisory Committee.


  • Mark's history at T4G spans multiple business units and service offerings, bringing significant first-hand operational experience to the role of COO. Having been with T4G since 1999, Mark co-founded schark!, T4G's User Experience Group, and founded T4G's Content Services Group. Although he continues to be actively involved with the Content Services Group and works closely with Darren Schisler, Creative Director of the UX team, Mark is now ultimately responsible for all customer delivery at T4G, ensuring that each of T4G's business units work well together, seamlessly delivering customer solutions that span multiple service lines and business units.

    In 2007, Mark was named as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and is frequently invited to speak at industry and academic-related events. Prior to forming schark! in 1996, Mark fulfilled operations manager roles a national event marketing firm and a national retail foodservice operation.

    Mark has a BSc from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, where he remains an active member of the MTA alumni community and has completed post graduate business administration studies through the PLD program at Harvard Business School.


  • Providing inspiration and guidance to our various delivery teams, Shawn Crabtree is a seasoned professional with over 25 years' experience in the strategic use and deployment of advanced technology. Shawn brings a strong blend of team development, technical knowledge and business management experience to T4G.

    It is Shawn's background and experience, coupled with modern delivery and business models that are the basis for the high value solutions that T4G can deliver.

    Shawn has a wide range of experience in the areas of data and telecommunications solutions, collaboration, and knowledge management as well as Structured and Agile Development. Shawn has delivered a variety of services and solutions to the financial services, manufacturing, travel and hospitality, communications and pharmaceutical industries. In each of these organizations, he has worked directly with senior management to help identify their unique business challenges, and architect and deploy innovative, cost-effective solutions.

    Prior to joining T4G Shawn held a number of senior positions, such as Vice President Professional Services for a major wireless product organization as well as founder of a variety of technology product and services organizations, Shawn has also spent a number of years with major Information Technology venders such as ISM (an IBM Company) and Microsoft.


  • As T4G's Vice President of Team Recruitment, Dennis is responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the company to enter new segments and locations.

    Our unique growth formula is centered on recruiting and building high performing teams. For example, Dennis oversees T4G's progressive $50,000 bonus program paid to employees who identify and recommend teams to T4G. This unique approach to recruitment is one of several ways T4G is winning the war for talent. Dennis also works within the executive team to manage the selection process for expansion into new locations where smart people want to live.

    Dennis was the founder and President of Dedicated System Builders Inc., a consultancy focused on improving measurement of customers and their interactions in a multi-channel environment. This entrepreneurial company serviced several of Canada's largest communications companies and was acquired by T4G in 2001 and seamlessly integrated into T4G's portfolio of services. This combination became T4G's Analytics business unit and under Dennis's leadership experienced growth of over 300% in 3 years. Next Dennis ran T4G's acquisition program where T4G created value for shareholders by acquiring talented teams with specialized service offerings to add to T4G's portfolio.

    Dennis has more than 20 years' experience in the IT services sector, working with firms such as Rogers Communications, Bell Canada, and Canadian National. He has a degree in Engineering Physics (Nuclear option) from Queen's University and holds the designation of Professional Engineer. Dennis also serves on advisory boards for investment companies specializing in growth companies and the technology sector.


  • Since joining T4G in 2000, Paul has been responsible for strategic direction, key partnerships, channel management and overall branding, including public relations and corporate social responsibility efforts.

    Paul also continues to drive T4G's relationship with Microsoft, provider of the most robust and cost-effective technologies available for T4G to customize and build upon for clients. In this role, Paul aims to make T4G the easiest partner for Microsoft to work with and to identify new verticals and bets utilizing Microsoft technologies.

    Calling on his 25 years' experience in the IT product and services sector, Paul teaches Technology Strategy and E-Commerce Marketing in the MBA program at the York University Schulich School of Business. Paul is a frequent speaker in Canada and internationally on these topics with a recent focus on how Web 2.0 technologies are disrupting the IT and Marketing world.

    Paul studied Engineering and Economics at the undergraduate level and holds an MBA from the Joint Kellogg Schulich Executive MBA program.


  • A founding member of T4G, David coordinates T4G's Business Intelligence (BI) offering. T4G's BI practice focuses on delivering tools, applications and processes that accelerate and improve analytics, reporting and business planning. These services are delivered via focused Business Intelligence Business Units operating across North America. T4G's Business Intelligence units are recognized as world leaders in deploying practical and cost-effective information delivery solutions.

    Mr Saevitzon maintains an active consulting practice. He provides both strategic and tactical leadership to T4G's clients looking to shape or fully leverage their investment in Data Warehousing and BI applications. Mr Saevitzon's clients include many leading customer-facing organizations such as The Disney Corporation, Staples, Mastercard, Macy's and Starbucks.

    Mr Saevitzon is involved in all aspects of BI projects including BI strategy, Scorecard and Dashboard development, tool selection, metrics management and application development. He has a particular interest in the use of BI tools to facilitate the communication of organizational strategy and as a vehicle for collaboration and execution. He has a wide range of industry experience centered on the Retail, CPG, Distribution and Financial Services sectors.


  • As a senior manager with over 15 years experience in the strategic use and deployment of advanced technology and processes, Steve manages T4G’s corporate Intellectual Property. In this role, Steve interacts with all business units inside of T4G to ensure that T4G leverages its internal platform and long history of success it has in creating leading-edge technologies and applying those experiences to all of its’ endeavours.

    In his role as Director of Analytics, Steve is also responsible for creating unique, innovative solutions that support the full suite of T4G’s Analytics Development group. Steve brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and business management experience to his role. He strives to understand customers’ needs and propose processes and technologies for developing robust applications, to meet tight timelines, with maximum return on investment.

    With clients such as Royal Bank of Canada, Rogers Communications and Subaru Canada, Steve is often selected to speak at key industry conferences about the processes and advantages of full life cycle BI implementations for enterprise organizations. Leveraging this experience Steve has been instrumental in continuing to push T4G’s Business Intelligence brand to the forefront in North America.


  • B.J.'s assignment is to establish a beachhead in the United States and increase T4G's presence south of the border to its levels in Canada, and beyond. B.J. is a seasoned IT veteran with a track record of building high-performing teams and businesses in the U.S.

    T4G has long had an impressive array of U.S. clients; from Macy's and Victoria's Secret to Reader's Digest and Mastercard International that are serviced from Canada. But this is the first time T4G has set up operations on the ground in the United States. From a base in the U.S. Northeast, B.J. and his team will focus on energy, health, government, retail and communications sectors.

    B.J has held numerous executive roles leading IT organizations through periods of significant growth and change. Most recently, B.J. ran the U.S. operations of a large IT consulting firm creating over 100 new IT jobs in Maine. Starting from scratch, he and his colleagues built the U.S. business up and won numerous awards for saving American clients tens of millions of dollars in annual operating efficiencies.

    B.J has 15 years experience in the IT field and was a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division during Operations Just Cause and Desert Shield/Storm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern Maine. B.J. is based in Saco, Maine, part of the greater Portland area.


  • Tricia is VP of Practice Management and Director of the Halifax Development Business Unit. Tricia joined T4G Limited in the spring of 2003 when the Halifax office was opened. Tricia has made significant contributions to growing T4G’s presence in Halifax from the original 6 person office to its current size of 24.

    Tricia has been working in the consulting arena for over 15 years with roles at EDS, DMR and Paragon.

    Tricia has a BComm from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick and lives with her family in Halifax, Nova Scotia.


  • Darren shares a dual role for T4G. In his role as Creative Director, Darren brings his vast experience in corporate brand development, user interface design and information architecture to the team. T4G’s User Experience group uses creativity in an environment that recognizes the value of user experience and balances that with a view of the business goals. This environment, supported with a solid team, technology, imagination, and forward thinking provides relevant and proven solutions.

    In his role as VP Communications he is responsible for making sure positive internal communications is spread through the company effectively and consistently, so we can live up to our value as a “straight talking organization.”

    With over 12 years experience, Darren brings a background in various sectors, including print design, corporate branding and identity, and digital application design to the table.


  • As the VP of Innovation at T4G, David’s role is to foster a culture of realizing customer value from T4G’s richest resource, our talented and creative people. David enables the right people, employs the right tools and identifies the right projects to drive successful innovation initiatives that will contribute to T4G's growth and long-term success from new or expanded markets, new or enhanced services or through new ways of working.

    David brings 20 years of telecommunications and technology experience with industry leaders like NBTel, MT&T, iMagicTV and Alcatel. David has product developed and managed world class introductions of emerging services and products in senior roles with these companies including MT&T's (now Bell Aliant) 1998 launch of 7MBPS consumer DSL service with on-demand applications, and the world class iMagicTV and Alcatel IPTV middleware platforms and applications for telecom digital TV.
