So what’s changing? Most notably, we’ll be focused on achieving the right mix of advisory, design and development capabilities to create practical AI-infused applications and analytic solutions for our clients. The main delivery engines will be:

According to David, this isn’t just a facelift either. “We’re not only changing the way we position ourselves, or talk about T4G. Top to bottom we’ve completely reorganized our company, modified our approach to training, and tailored our service offerings – all in an effort to make sure we’re able to deliver exactly what the market is searching for in the data and technology space.”
As well, some notable changes have come to T4G’s leadership. Salima Moosa, a founder of T4G, has been promoted to Vice President of PMO and Delivery. Her invaluable expertise, experience, and foresight into today’s business challenges made her an obvious choice for this position. And as the recently appointed EVP of Sales & Sales Enablement, Jon Barry has brought renewed focus and energy to T4G’s sales/marketing team and processes.
While explaining T4G’s transformation, David also wanted to be clear on a few final points. “We are extremely committed to all of our clients, regardless of how data-focused their projects are. And all of our current partnerships, as well as our representation across Canada, are not changing. We want to make this pivot as streamlined as possible for everyone involved. And that means doing things the right way.”
