With a renewed focus on data, we’re reimagining how to create value for our clients.
Change. Refresh. Adapt. No matter how it’s phrased, one thing is certain, T4G has undergone a core transformation. To keep our clients ahead of the next digital disruption, we’ve made the bold decision to refocus our efforts on what we do best – applying data to tackle complex, real-world challenges.
Over the last decade, the pace of change in business has approached levels never thought possible. And the only way to keep up, let alone become a trailblazer, is to leverage data to create new efficiencies and make better, more insightful decisions about your business. Data is being used to drive advancements in areas like customer experience, product development, operations, and employee productivity … basically, every facet of an organization. However, realizing this potential can be challenging when the solutions become so intricate and siloed that they’re difficult to zero in on and link to an overarching strategy.
As a full-service “Applied Data Company”, we’ve realigned the efforts of our people and teams to not only garner profound insights, but to also build the strategies, platforms, tools, and experiences needed to bring each clients’ unique aspirations to life. How? A key component of T4G’s future direction will be to focus on our long-standing, strategic partnership with Microsoft. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, and 2018-2019 Microsoft IMPACT Award winner, T4G is dedicated to leveraging the best-of-breed Microsoft Azure cloud platform and services.
We’ve always touted our desire to change the world, and we know this new direction is how we’re going to do it.
So what’s changing? Most notably, we’ll be focused on achieving the right mix of advisory, design and development capabilities to create practical AI-infused applications and analytic solutions for our clients. The main delivery engines will be:
“We’re excited to be entering the next phase of our evolution at T4G.” says CEO, David Posluns. “Our strong partnership with Microsoft, combined with our data-delivery pivot, feels…solid. We’ve always touted our desire to change the world, and we know this new direction is how we’re going to do it.”
According to David, this isn’t just a facelift either. “We’re not only changing the way we position ourselves, or talk about T4G. Top to bottom we’ve completely reorganized our company, modified our approach to training, and tailored our service offerings – all in an effort to make sure we’re able to deliver exactly what the market is searching for in the data and technology space.”
As well, some notable changes have come to T4G’s leadership. Salima Moosa, a founder of T4G, has been promoted to Vice President of PMO and Delivery. Her invaluable expertise, experience, and foresight into today’s business challenges made her an obvious choice for this position. Jana Townsend, a long-time T4G data science delivery expert, was also promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Having been ingrained in the type of work T4G plans to refocus on, Jana is going to be critical in driving T4G’s strategic approach moving forward. And as the recently appointed EVP of Sales & Sales Enablement, Jon Barry has brought renewed focus and energy to T4G’s sales/marketing team and processes.
While explaining T4G’s transformation, David also wanted to be clear on a few final points. “We are extremely committed to all of our clients, regardless of how data-focused their projects are. And all of our current partnerships, as well as our representation across Canada, are not changing. We want to make this pivot as streamlined as possible for everyone involved. And that means doing things the right way.”
