Our Response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, T4G remains committed to the health and welfare of our employees, our clients and the communities where we live and work. It is important to T4G that we play our part in keeping our communities safe.

The situation is developing in real-time and we are actively responding to limit the impacts to our business and our clients. Our actions will continue to be proactive and informed by rules and guidance from all levels of government and the World Health Organization. We are all part of a global effort and by making the appropriate sacrifices now we will get through this together.

T4G’s longstanding culture, tools and procedures have made the transition to a primarily remote work force relatively seamless. Fortunately, this is business-as-usual for us. We remain completely able to service our clients. In addition, we are taking the following steps to lessen the risk of spreading COVID-19:

  • Eliminating business travel. Any travel must be preapproved by senior management.
  • Requiring all employees to work from home and interact using Microsoft’s Teams unless there is a need to visit a T4G or client location.
  • Enacting business continuity plans to ensure minimum disruption on projects in the event of an illness.
  • Putting contingency plans in place should employees no longer have access to our offices.
  • Launching internal communications plan to keep employees in sync on the latest policy changes.
  • Requiring employees to disclose COVID-19 exposure or diagnosis, as well as personal travel outside of Canada.
  • Increasing hygiene and sanitization measures within our office spaces.

Above all, we remain focused and agile, and are prepared to pivot quickly in response to developments around the world while maintaining our commitment to providing the highest level of service. This process starts with doing what we can to ensure the health and safety of our people and our communities.

If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team, any time. We have you and your families in our thoughts, and hope that you stay healthy and safe.
